Spring Turkey Hunts in South Carolina

SCHC Spring Turkey Hunts

Hunting Eastern wild turkeys in South Carolina offers a blend of challenge and reward. At SCHC, the turkey hunting season starts early, running from March 22nd to April 30th. SCHC provides convenient access to camouflaged elevated tower ladder stands, enhancing the chances of bagging a trophy gobbler. Hunting areas include grain fields, hardwood bottoms, and pinewoods. To attract and sustain a robust turkey population, seasonal food plots of grains and chufah are planted throughout SCHC.
